Charge Person Responsibilities/General Guidelines for all Attenders

When the room/area is reserved through the church office, there must be a person named to be in charge. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the room or areas requested, including areas used by the children of your group. This person will see that everything is reset and following items are completed:

1. The building is a gift from God for His people to gather and worship Him. Please make sure that the conduct of all attendees reflects this reality.

2. Please reset every room to its original configuration after your use.

3. No items are allowed to be stored within the building unless pre-approved by the minister and outlined in the exemptions below.

4. NCC is a smoke-free facility, please contain smoking only to the outside areas around the outdoor cigarette receptacles at both ends of the building, no closer than 10’ from the nearest doorway.

5. No alcoholic beverages on the church property, inside or outside the building.

6. Any decorations that are put up must be removed.

a. ONLY SILK / ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS / PETALS MAY BE USED IN THE BUILDING. IF REAL PETALS ARE GOING TO BE USED, they have to be stationary bouquets (can’t be moved around) or they must be outside the church building. If there is any staining by flower petals it is the responsibility of the person in charge to clean and the deposit will be forfeited. Any cleaning charges that are incurred as a result of violating this guideline will be paid by the person in charge who signs this agreement.

7. Please do not leave leftovers in the refrigerator; please take them with you.

8. Please wash and dry all dirty dishes, utensils, etc and put them where you found them. If the dishwasher is utilized, please arrange for someone to unload and return dishes to the proper place.
