Use the following to communicate event information for NCC Ministry specific events. Please fill out as completely as possible. Please use the notes field at the bottom of this form for any additional information.
If 'yes', you will be contacted no sooner than 5 weeks prior to your event asking specific advertising wording and any additional details.
If 'yes', you will be responsible for emailing the signup information to the church office prior to advertising being published. Signups and advertising should be able to be printed on a 8.5x11" paper(s). We will not display large boards, all signups will be displayed on the countertop.
All communication pertaining to this event will go through the above listed individual only.
We will be in contact concerning the confirmation of your event. Please remember the following:
- There are multiple individuals and groups that use our facility each week. Scheduling is handled on a first-come, first-serve process, as several outside events schedule their use of our building up to a year in advance.
- Any changes to the above information must be communicated to the church office.
- You are responsible for leaving the facility in clean condition after your use. Unless otherwise discussed, our custodian will not be cleaning after your event, you are responsible for all cleanup.
